Outgoing mail limits

Solution

As an anti-spam measure there is a limit of 10 recipients in any single message for mail sent through our "433cloud" Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server. There is also a limit on the number of messages that can be sent per hour, but this should not affect normal use.

This is not a suggestion that we suspect our clients of sending spam, but a precaution against the all too frequent cases of compromised computers being used by spammers.

If you have the need to send emails to a greater number of recipients we recommend breaking your distribution lists into groups of less than ten.

In special circumstances we can provide a relay server without sending limitations at extra cost.

We do not tolerate the sending of spam emails in any circumstances and access to the mail server may be blocked to specific users altogether if such abuse occurs.
